Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content and Activities

Using Vemvu to distribute, create, or promote the following types of content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Content: Any material that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to depictions of violence, exploitation of minors, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Non-Consensual Material: Distributing content without the express consent of the individuals depicted.
• Copyright Infringement: Content for which the user does not hold the necessary intellectual property rights.
• Hate Speech and Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups.
• Fraud and Spam: Using the tool for phishing, fraudulent offers, or excessive spam that violates the API policies of the destination platforms.

2. Proactive Monitoring and Review

As the Merchant of Record, Vemvu takes a proactive role in content moderation. We implement the following mechanisms to ensure compliance:

• Automated Filters: We utilize keyword filters and metadata scans to block potentially harmful or illegal content before it is transmitted to destination platforms.
• Manual Spot-Checks: Our compliance team performs regular manual audits of system logs to detect and prevent misuse of the software.
• API Usage Monitoring: We monitor the frequency and nature of API calls to ensure the tool is not being used for automated spam attacks or malicious activities.

3. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to take the following actions in the event of a policy violation without prior notice:

• Immediate suspension of the user account.
• Permanent termination of access to the platform.
• Reporting of illegal activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Report Abuse

We encourage third parties and platform operators to report any violations of this policy immediately. Please send all relevant information (User ID, URLs, screenshots) to our dedicated abuse department:
