1. Introduction & Data Controller

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data solely on the basis of applicable law (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003).

3. What Data We Collect

A. Account (Magic Link)

When you sign in, we use your email address to send you a secure login link. No password is stored. You click the link in your email and you are logged in.

B. X (Twitter)

When you connect your X account, we receive the connection data needed to post on your behalf when you go live. This includes your screen name. We use the official X API.

C. Telegram

When you connect Telegram channels or groups, we store the channel or group IDs so we can post your live notifications there.

D. Discord

If you connect Discord, you provide us with a webhook URL. We use it only to send your live posts to the channel you chose.

E. Streaming Platform

We check whether you are live and may use your stream title for the posts. We do not store or process any stream content.

F. Server Logs

For security and troubleshooting, our hosting provider stores access data (IP address, browser, timestamps) in log files. This is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

4. Cookies, Tracking & Analytics

We use session cookies so you can stay logged in. These are technically necessary and do not require consent. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies.

We use privacy-friendly, anonymized analytics (datafa.st) to understand general traffic patterns. No personal data is collected through analytics and individual visitors cannot be identified.

We may log clicks and redirects to third-party platforms (e.g. Chaturbate) for technical and security purposes. This data is not sold or shared with third parties. Third-party websites you visit through links on our service have their own privacy policies, which we have no control over and are not responsible for.

5. Payment Processing & Subscriptions

We use secure, third-party payment service providers and authorized retailers to process your payments and subscriptions. This means:

  • No Credit Card Data Stored: We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or direct billing details on our servers. All transactions are securely handled by our authorized payment partners.
  • Authorized Retailers: Depending on the payment method selected, the contract of sale may be directly between you and our authorized retailer (Merchant of Record), who handles the payment processing and applicable taxes (VAT/Sales Tax).
  • Subscription Data: We only receive and store data necessary to provide our service and manage your access. This includes your subscription status, renewal dates, and reference IDs provided by the payment processor. We retain this data for as long as your subscription is active and in compliance with statutory retention periods.

Once a transaction is initiated, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies to the payment processing.

6. Hosting & Infrastructure

Our infrastructure runs on servers of trusted providers. We have concluded Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with all of them.

  • Frontend: Vercel Inc. (USA). We deploy to the EU where possible. Vercel uses a global CDN; data may be routed through servers worldwide. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
  • Backend: Render (server location: Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Database: Supabase (server location: Frankfurt, Germany).

Transfers to third countries (e.g. USA) are safeguarded by the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

7. Third-Party Websites & No Content Hosting

Vemvu does not host, store, or process any adult or sexually explicit content. Our service solely provides automation tools that interact with third-party platforms (e.g. Chaturbate, X, Telegram, Discord).

Third-party websites and platforms accessible through our service operate independently and have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We have no control over their data practices and are not responsible for how they collect, use, or share your data. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party platform you connect to or visit via Vemvu.

8. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of your stored data.
