Content Policy

1. Nature of the Service

Vemvu is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that automates social media notifications for adult content creators on Chaturbate. When a user goes live on Chaturbate, Vemvu automatically distributes customized "I'm live!" messages to connected social platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and others). Vemvu does not host, store, stream, or distribute any adult content itself.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use Vemvu. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have a valid, active Chaturbate model account, which requires age verification performed by Chaturbate.
• You are legally permitted to perform and distribute adult content in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to terminate any account that we reasonably believe is held by a minor, without prior notice.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may configure custom messages that Vemvu automatically posts on their behalf (e.g., "I'm live on Chaturbate — come join me!"). You are solely responsible for all content in these messages. By using Vemvu, you agree that your custom messages will not:

• Contain content involving minors or suggest the involvement of minors in sexual activity under any circumstances.
• Include hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Impersonate another person, brand, or entity in a misleading way.
• Contain spam, deceptive links, or phishing content.
• Violate the terms of service of the destination platforms (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Violate Chaturbate's own Terms of Service or Broadcaster Agreement.

Vemvu does not review custom messages before they are sent. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where violations are identified.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Vemvu are strictly prohibited:

• Using the service to promote content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Using the service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to other users.
• Circumventing platform rate limits or API restrictions via automated abuse of our service.
• Selling, reselling, or sublicensing access to Vemvu without written permission.
• Using Vemvu to promote illegal goods, services, or activities.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Reporting Violations & Abuse

If you believe a Vemvu user is violating this Content Policy or applicable law — including but not limited to the distribution of content depicting minors — please contact us immediately:

Reports involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be forwarded to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

Vemvu does not host user content or media. All content shared via Vemvu messages is published directly on third-party platforms (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.). For copyright claims relating to content posted on those platforms, please contact those platforms directly.

If you believe that Vemvu itself infringes on your copyright, please contact us at vemvu@kevin-baur.com with a description of the alleged infringement.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this Content Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law — at our sole discretion and without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Vemvu after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
